Recently I purchased a couple of items and there was a delay in the shipping. In the process of communicating the issues I was contacted by Laura Meeks who I’m assuming is one of the owners. She was genuinely interested in following up on the issues and went above and beyond in her communication and approach to the solution. My items showed up a few days late to weather and are well made and high quality. I’m a big fan of this company and will buy other items.
